Responsibilities

  • Evaluate requirements from functional specifications and develop efficient technical designs & architecture
  • Ability to execute projects in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  • Design interfaces to improve user experience
  • Liaise with Functional IT teams to plan new features, upgrades
  • Research and suggest new applications and protocols subject to specific business cases
  • Strong technology skills & hands-on experience with Automation Tools & Products
  • Analyze and assess Business processes & Project requirements, create Test packs suitable to improve efficiency of solution development
  • Automate Test Scenarios using suitable tools, to support better efficiency on functional and regression tests
  • Manages the work distribution and ensure development according to project needs
  • Dashboard Reporting to IT & Business stakeholders
  • Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • 1–2 years of experience in development, implementation, and architecture design
    • Strong solution design skills with experience in writing and reviewing functional/technical specifications
    • Good know-how of programming skills like Python, Java, JavaScript
    • Experience on JIRA and other relevant tools used for Test & Defect Management
    • Methodical, thoughtful approach to problem-solving
    • High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and independent
    • Experience in Offshore-Onsite model to deliver project capabilities and ability to work and cope with Global IT organization needs
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience or certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus
